All new clients/patients without a recent prior evaluation (within a year) must participate in an initial 60 minute evaluation. If further testing sessions are recommended, this will be discussed during this initial meeting. Evaluations identify baseline levels to track progress and the specific areas in need of intervention. We will review the findings with caregivers to help make a plan for the client/patient.

 

The evaluation fee is a flat fee based on the type of evaluation required. Please see Evaluation/Asessment Fees below. We will notify you of the fee for the type of evaluation your child needs ahead of time. The fee covers the time it takes to complete the testing with your child, scoring of the tests and report writing (unless noted).
