All new clients/patients without a recent prior evaluation (within a year) must participate in an initial one-hour evaluation. If further testing sessions are recommended, this will be discussed during this initial meeting. Evaluations identify baseline levels to track progress and the specific areas in need of intervention. We will review the findings with you and/or caregivers to help make a therapeutic plan.

 

The evaluation fee is a flat fee based on the type of evaluation required. We will notify you of the fee for the type of evaluation you need ahead of time.  The fee covers the time it takes to complete testing, scoring of the tests, interpreting results, and report writing (unless noted).
